Episode 109: Chiefs’ 2014 Midseason Recap

We got drunk and skipped Postgame on Sunday, so we figured a bonus episode was in store. And 8 games in is the perfect time to recap everything we’ve seen from the Kansas City Chiefs in 2014.

We quickly recap the weekend spent tailgating, hanging with New Yahkerrrrrs, and routing the Jets. Then we sift through all of the stats for the opening eight games. Where do they rank in the league? Where will they drop off and where will they get better?

For offensive players, how do their numbers project for the whole season? On the defensive side, who’s been most valuable (or should we say, 2nd most valuable behind Justin Houston)? We also check in with what PFF has to say.

We conclude with a quick look ahead to the final 8 games: What will the Chiefs’ record be? How do the Chiefs stand in the playoff picture? Who would we like to see in a potential playoff game?
